As a lifelong resident of Whatcom County, I have a deep appreciation for the communities, people, and properties that make this region unique. My commitment to the community extends beyond real estate through my service with the Whatcom County Charter Review Commission, the Whatcom County Farm Bureau, the Blaine Food Bank and more. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of local issues, property ownership, and the needs of the people who call this area home.

One of my greatest strengths is helping clients navigate the unique considerations that come with rural and acreage properties. From water rights and wells to easements, access, land use considerations, and property rights, I understand the questions buyers and sellers need answered to make confident decisions. While I have extensive knowledge of rural properties, I proudly serve clients across all property types, including residential homes, vacant land, investment properties, and agricultural acreage.
